Sam Norris, known as the Gary Vee of mortgage advice, knows how to make Instagram work for him. Now he’s not a massive fan of being referred to as Gary Vee, but it’s a compliment nonetheless!
From checking his Instagram insights before he goes to bed, to sending voice notes to every new follower, I’ve never met anyone as committed to succeeding on social media as Sam.
He has an interesting strategy when it comes to setting up a mortgage business from scratch, it’s all about putting processes in place and creating the perfect job descriptions for each role.
