Four lampposts.

That’s all it took.

Each one had a simple sign tied to it, just a postcode & a logo.

I counted them on the drive to a pumpkin patch last weekend, and by the time we actually pulled up, I felt like I already knew the place.

Four signs, and we hadn’t even arrived yet.

That’s the whole game.

You don’t need to be clever to get noticed.

You need to be seen enough times that people feel like they already know you before they’ve properly met you.

Here’s where most brokers fall down.

Not on ideas, on time.

Posting once is easy.

Posting four, five, six times a week, every week, for months, is what actually builds that familiarity, and that’s where it falls apart.

So here’s a hack that’ll make it easy.

It only takes two steps.

Step one:

Use ChatGPT to pull together a list of the questions your ideal clients actually ask.

Not guesses, real frequently asked questions, the kind people are genuinely stuck on.

Step two:

Take that list and feed it into Canva’s bulk creation tool.

Instead of designing each post by hand, Canva takes your list and automatically builds a whole month of graphics, reels and TikToks from it.

All in your own branding, at the click of a button.

One list of questions in, a month of content out.

No designing each post one at a time, no staring at a blank canvas wondering what to make next.

That’s how you end up being the equivalent of four lampposts on the way to the pumpkin patch.

Showing up again and again, without it costing you your evenings.

I teach this inside the Learning Lab, and in there you get access to so much more, which includes:

  • The exact AI prompt that pulls a month’s worth of genuine FAQs for your niche, ready to drop straight into the next step
  • The full walkthrough of setting up Canva’s bulk creation tool so it builds your templates for you automatically

If this sounds like it could help you, hit reply and I’ll send some details.

To making conten easier, Chris

P.S. It does require a paid Canva account- but the £13 is worth the 5 hours you’ll save every week
