Today I’m going to show you how you can create more content, in less time, that reaches more people (the magic trio!) 🪄

By doing this you’ll not only post more content that resonates with your audience but also increase engagement. 📈

Most mortgage advisers fail because they think that they can only use a social media post once, but that’s definitely not the case!

CHEAT: Use your best performing posts more than once 👀

Ok so cheat may be a strong word but we often find ourselves in the trap of limiting the reach of our quality social media content. 🪤

I’m sure you’ve experienced this at some point; you create a great post or engaging post, launch it into the social media sphere get all the likes and comments but then simply forget about it.

What if I told you that you could do more with that one post?

The reality is, not all of our audience is going to see our posts the first time round. It’s simply the nature of social media – people’s feeds are crowded and the lifespan of a post can be limited.

Here’s where the magic of repurposing comes in. ⤵️

Identify your high-performing posts, the ones that got more likes, shares or comments, and after a certain period (say, six weeks), don’t hesitate to post them again.

Why?

1. High-performing posts had traction for a reason – they struck a chord with your audience. There’s a good chance they’ll do so again, catching the attention of new audience members.

2. The same post appearing on their feed for a second time might be just the nudge some of your audience needs to take further action.

3. A lot of mortgage advisers are scared of seeming repetitive when they recycle posts.

The truth is, audiences are more likely to appreciate the recall and reminders than see it as a negative – that recall could mean the difference between them reaching out to book an appointment and not

Reposting Made Easy 😌

  1. Firstly, utilise platforms like Meta Business Suite analytics to track which of your posts were the most successful.
  2. If you’re on Facebook or Instagram you can simply navigate to the ‘Content’ section, find the post that performed well, click the three dots and “Duplicate Post”

3. Et Voila! This little hack will save you time having to create the post again, just choose to

post it to Facebook & Instagram and get it out there

At the end of the day, it’s about not reinventing the wheel – it’s about using what has already worked and making it work harder for you. 💪

Let’s maximise the value of our content and reach a wider audience effectively.

Looking forward to seeing a ‘blast from the past’ on your feed soon!
