Step 1: The Power List 📝

Kick things off by compiling a list of estate agents with a strong presence in your area. 

Make a list of all the estate agents within 20 miles of where you’re based. 📍

Dive into their social media profiles, and find the 10 most followed accounts, and ones that consistently post to keep their audiences engaged. 

Step 2: Don’t Sell, Add Value 🔑

Reach out to these estate agents with a friendly message, proposing an Instagram Live session together. 🎥

Offer to be a guest on their live where you will give an update on the 2024 mortgage market:

  • What’s happened so far in 2024
  • What’s happening right now
  • What you think’s going to happen in the future
  • And answer some of the top questions you know the audience will want to hear

Always remember, you need to get across this isn’t about selling; it’s about adding value, so make sure to clarify that! 🗣️

Step 3: Prime Time Live 🎥

Once they’re on board, schedule your Instagram Live for 6 PM or later – when your audience is most likely scrolling through their feeds. 📲

The week before, have a notepad on your desk and write down the 5 most frequently asked questions, ready for your Instagram Live.
