Today I’m going to show you how you can still generate new business with a smaller audience.

People underestimate the size of their audience, being in a room of 100 people pitching your services would be the dream – so why do we scoff at 100 followers on social media?

Most people fail because they think the only way to be successful is to have a big audience. Which simply isn’t true.

Size Doesn’t Matter! šŸ‘€

You don’t even need 100 followers, take Rob who had ā€˜60 odd followers’ and generated 2 new leads in 48 hours by following our ā€œPerfect Profileā€ course in theĀ  LearningLabā„¢ļøĀ

He used some of the tips we’re sharing in this email to bring in new business this May!

Without further ado, let’s get into it.

1ļøāƒ£ Make Your Profile Crystal Clear

Don’t assume everyone knows what a mortgage broker does.

They may have never even heard of one!

Use your bio and cover photo (on Facebook & LinkedIn) to clearly explain:

šŸ‘‹ Who you are

šŸ” What you do

šŸ¤ Who you help

And don’t forget to use keywords in your bio, they help more people find your business and can convert lurkers into leads.

2ļøāƒ£ The Magic of WhatsApp šŸŖ„

Your profile has sparked someone’s interest… but can they actually get in touch with you?

Make it as easy as possible for them to reach out.

Update your phone number, email, and office location.

Then before you go any further activate the WhatsApp button on your Facebook & Instagram profiles.

(We teach everyone in our LearningLabā„¢ļø how to do this correctly – learn more here)

One click and they can be in conversation with you.

Instant connection = higher conversions.

3ļøāƒ£ Reintroduce Yourself (Regularly) šŸ‘‹

Not everyone sees your posts, and even if they do, they might forget. šŸ™ˆ

So tell your story again.

And again.

Share what you do, who you help, and how.

It builds trust and keeps you top of mind.

Bonus Tip: This works even better with a photo of you instead of the company logo

P.S. Don’t Let the Algorithm Do All the Work

Want to get your name in front of more potential clients?

Start engaging with their content. Like, comment, share.

Start conversations — not sales pitches.

Your visibility will skyrocket, it’s a fail-safe way to increase reach and engagement.

Remember a small audience isn’t a limitation!

Go and implement these tips this week.
