Today, I’m going to show you how you can be ridiculously clever when it comes to creating content that converts.
By reframing the questions you get asked every day, you can stop staring at a blank screen thinking “What do I post?” and get to uploading posts your audience actually wants to see.
Most people fail because they try and ‘guess’ what their audience wants to see.
Instead, use this simple 3-step system to create 2 weeks’ worth of content from one question.
One question is all you need to start
Step 1: Start with a real question you’ve been asked this week
Let’s say it was:
“What happens to my mortgage when I move home?”
(This will be happening a lot in September)
This is content gold because:
✅ It’s relatable
✅ It’s something many clients are confused about
✅ It positions you as the go-to adviser with answers
Step 2: Reframe that one question 6 different ways 🧠
Using that example question you could write down:
- What should I do with my current mortgage if I want to move?
- Can I transfer my mortgage to a new property?
- Will I be penalised for moving before my fixed deal is up?
- How does porting a mortgage work?
- Is it better to pay off my current mortgage or port it?
- What are my options if my lender doesn’t let me port?
Each one offers a slightly different angle and gives you more to talk about.
Step 3: Share it in 6 different formats 🎥📱📝
Now it’s time to post, without sounding like a broken record.
Take the questions from above and try different post formats to keep your audience engaged:
- Monday: A 60-second Reel answering “What should I do with my current mortgage if I want to move?”
- Wednesday: An eye-catching graphic with the headline: “Can I transfer my mortgage to a new property?” and answer the question in the caption
- Sunday: A Reel using B-Roll Content with the 5 things to think about before moving home (including early repayment charges)
- Monday: Explaining on an Instagram Story: How does porting a mortgage work?
- Wednesday: Upload a photo of some happy clients who moved home and explain in the caption: the answer to: Is it better to pay off my current mortgage or port it?
- Saturday: Create a carousel with 3 options around: What are my options if my lender doesn’t let me port?
The beauty of this is you’re sharing the same core message… but in different packaging.
And that’s how you do it: one question → six angles → six formats → 2 weeks of valuable, engaging content 🔁
No more staring at a blank screen.
You’ve already got the content; it’s in the questions you’re asked every day.

P.S. Don’t overthink it. Your audience doesn’t need rate updates; they need relatable content.
