Paul nearly missed a lead
A stranger had already booked an appointment with their bank to talk about their remortgage.
Decision essentially made. They were just going through the motions.
Then they saw Paul’s video about remortgaging.
And instead of walking into that bank appointment, they messaged him:

That’s not a fluke.
That’s what happens when you stop posting random content and start posting content people actually need right now.
Most brokers I speak to are posting when they feel like it, about whatever comes to mind that week. And I get it, you’re busy. But that approach isn’t a strategy.
The brokers winning on social right now are doing something different.
They’re showing up consistently with topical content that speaks directly to what their clients are worried about.
The stuff people are literally typing into Google at 11pm.
When you do that, you stop being just another broker on someone’s feed.
You become the person they think of when they’re ready to make a move.
Here’s the simple system Paul used:
Step 1: Find what people are actually searching for.
Don’t guess. Go to AlsoAsked.com, type in a topic like “remortgage” and it’ll show you the exact questions real people are asking right now. That’s your content.
Step 2: Record it without overthinking it.
The content that never gets made can’t get you leads.
Use the Instagram Edits app, record it, edit it, post it.
Done.
Step 3: Hook them in the first 3 seconds.
Name the problem your viewer has with a hook, speak directly to them using “you”, and give them the answer. That’s it.
Topical video content is the difference between being scrolled past and being messaged instead of the bank.
If you want help knowing what to say and how to say it consistently, that’s what you can master in the LearningLab
Here’s to video content that converts
